In Glendale, Arizona, Nestlé USA’s new beverage factory and distribution center—known as Project Dynasty—marks a major investment in the region’s food and beverage manufacturing landscape. Built by The Boldt Company, the expansive facility spans hundreds of thousands of square feet and is dedicated to producing popular coffee creamers for nationwide distribution. As construction wrapped in 2024, ACS was selected to provide critical post-construction cleaning services.

Our team performed high dusting throughout the manufacturing areas, slurry removal from wall and ceiling surfaces, and detailed interior and exterior window cleaning. With strict cleanliness standards required for food production environments, we helped ensure that Project Dynasty was spotless, compliant, and ready for full-scale operations.
