Our Story
ACS Building Services has a legacy of dedication, growth, and innovation dating back to 1982, when Barry Frankel founded American Cleaning Systems. Our first major expansion came in 1985 with the acquisition and rebranding of Denver Window to Western Window Cleaning. By 2000, we launched Arizona Sweeping & Pressure Washing, establishing ourselves as a full-service provider.
Milestones followed: 20 years in business by 2002, a major office and warehouse expansion in 2010, and our first retiree, Jay Drennan, in 2013 after 23 years of service. In 2022, we proudly celebrated 40 years of excellence, uniting our three legacy companies under one name—ACS Building Services—with a shared commitment to dependable, high-quality service driven by integrity, innovation, and teamwork.
